Osprey has offered Automation, performance and manual testing services to MTN Communication Nigeria Limited from May 2015 – July 2016. Over 2100 test cases were automated on 3 major projects; SIM Registration, Convergence Phase 2 and MFS. A 50% reduction has been achieved in the time required to run a full regression test on the applications on which the automation have been achieved. Load and stress testing on critical functionalities on Agility and ESF have been conducted with varying volumes of projected production loads volumes and scenario. Recommendations from the test have informed partly the decision to increase the number of application nodes on Agility in order to improve overall user experience. The results obtained from these test also highlighted the uncertainty of functionalities within ESF to support the projected load volumes and scenarios. Over 1400 test case scripted and executed. Projects worked on includes convergence phase 2, IFS, IN, Hospital management system upgrade, MTN visitor’s management system.
