Independent management consultant establishing and implementing Data Governance, Strategy and Management functions and providing advice on data, process transformation, risk, and governance with over 15 years of experience of working with clients at CEO, COO, and senior level to deliver business operating models that maximise value from data governance and management. Expert in Data Governance, management, and business architecture.
I have vast experience with Master Data, Reference Data and Metadata with wide knowledge of business data requirements within the public and private sectors in Financial, New media, Utilities, Telco, Insurance and E-commerce. In-depth understanding of process improvement – the alignment of people and technology to deliver strategic goals through optimized business processes. Experienced in the management of operational risk and implementing the control frameworks and policies required for good corporate governance. Comprehensive analytical skills – able to gather appropriate information from many complex sources, extract key points for action and implement solutions.
Experience of being a member of multiple Data Governance and Management teams, managing change, multi-disciplinary environment, whilst delivering Data Governance strategy within regulated industries, to specific timescales, within budget and working alongside multiple senior Stakeholders. Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise-wide Data Governance and Quality Framework.
The ability to integrate an understanding of the business (big picture) with business requirements, terms of reference and user requirements to produce acceptable and manageable project proposals that enable competitive advantage for the business. Pragmatic, flexible and a pro-active approach to testing the ability to communicate effectively in simple terms on a one-to-one basis or group to achieve the desired effect.
Kome Okah – Avae
Chief Technical Officer
Kome, is responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Osprey’s businesses and clients.
He is a diverse and transformative CIO/CTO with over 24 years’ multi-sector experience in the IT & Data Management industry; I have a proven track record defining and delivering transformational strategies, building high performing teams and establishing the strategic partnerships necessary to unlock the full potential of organisations from a People, Process and Technology perspective.
I have consistently delivered quantifiable benefits in revenue and profitability on a sustainable basis.
I serve as a point of escalation for governance, data quality and protection issues. I am also working closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets, responding to regulatory protection requirements as well as supporting the strategic requirements of the organization.

Kemi Sode
Director of Operations
Kemi’s responsibility for Operations includes Sales, Marketing, PR, Product Development and Legal. Kemi will draw upon her considerable experience of the development and delivery of packaged and bespoke technology solutions to Commercial and Public-Sector organisations in the Nigeria, U.K., Europe and USA. She has spent many years in the Public- Sector industry and has a passion for delivering customer service of the highest level. A Data Management evangelist for improving quality and efficiency of business operations, Kemi has lead organisational transformation programmes in a number of complex organisations.
Olufunke Oluwole
Technical Director
Ms. Oluwole is currently involved in the Company’s strategic activities. Prior to Joining Osprey Tech Ms Oluwole lead various Osprey Consulting project teams in the delivery of Enterprise Data Management, Data Management Strategy, Data Quality ,Data Governance, Data Management Technology, Delivery of Processes and Standards, Managing Changing, She brings with her over 15 years’ system and data architecture development experience with application, software and database design Prior to her appointment at Osprey Tech, Olufunke, held a number of senior positions across data development, management and consultancy, both in the U.K. and overseas, Data Quality solutions for companies such as Barclays Bank, Sumitomo Trust Bank, RABO Bank, CMC Markets, Which on-line publication.
Obi Nwachukwu
Finance Director
Obi has been at Osprey since its inception. Obi is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. Her background includes four years at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Manager and forensic team lead Morgan Stanley
